The arrival time varies depending on the country the worker is coming from. The process is quickest for workers from neighboring countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. It takes a bit longer for workers from countries like Romania and Bulgaria. For the countries mentioned here, the process takes a few weeks, while for other countries it takes a bit longer. It’s always a good idea to plan ahead when searching for workers, but if you’re in a hurry or need assistance, we are here to help.

By doing it this way, you remove responsibility from yourself and also most of the burden related to employees. A lot of time is spent on finding workers, handling paperwork, and managing accounting matters, and on top of all that, you cannot be certain that everything has been done correctly from a legal standpoint.
